There, Dan mastered the art and science of Dialysis Technical Operations, and he came to understand the enormous responsibility of maintaining complex life-sustaining equipment and all the systems that flow into it. He has earned the CBNT certificate (Certified Biomedical Nephrology Technologist) from NNCO (National Nephrology Certification Organization). 

Today, Dan's focus is to educate, advise, and deliver next-generation solutions to the most persistent problems and challenges our industry faces. His goal is to elevate patient care by transforming businesses, optimizing communications, improving equipment care, and simplifying compliance and documentation.

Dan has spent his career elevating patient care through a powerful combination of patient-focused purpose and technical excellence. He's helped dialysis providers nationwide modernize their technical operations to make a positive impact on their patient care and business goals.

 

After graduating from Penn State with a double major in Biomedical Equipment Technology and Electrical Engineering Technology, Dan was recruited by Gambro, a company whose culture influenced his belief in nurturing talent, innovation, and accountability.
